Senior UI Developer

We are an early-stage technology startup that is designing the next-generation of a software platform for the cannabis industry. We are looking for experienced Senior UI Developers with top-tier skills in web and/or mobile development. We are particularly looking for experience in ReactJS + Redux, but any previous experience in similar technologies can be considered.

 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Collaborating with other team members to innovate and develop software using best software development practices
  • Able to take on an entire module/project from start to finish
  • Learning new technologies to stay current with industry standards and best practices
  • Implementing new feature sets and maintaining existing applications
  • Creating beautiful websites that you are proud of
  • Potentially lead a small team of developers to innovate new feature sets and modules

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR CRUSHING IT

  • 3+ Years of web development using ReactJS
  • At least 4 years of proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS
  • 3+ Years of experience using NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, or similar web technologies
  • Proficient in scrum development process
  • Have an eye for making beautiful UI

 

BAM! BONUS POINTS FOR

  • Knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS or Android) or Flutter
  • Experience in writing Java web applications
  • Have a good sense of humor
  • Passionate about improving the Cannabis Industry
  • Experience applying object oriented design principles and Software design patterns.

We are proven entrepreneurs that have deep experience in the cannabis industry and have great product traction in the market. Out of the gate this position will be full time 40 hrs per week.

Requirements

Expect to work closely with a small sales team to conquer a growing cannabis market. We sell to many cannabis operators from Retailers to Distributors.

About you: You are someone with fire in the belly and a drive to succeed.You are interested in developing a career in the cannabis industry and technology sales.You are comfortable on the phone or in person asking questions and getting results. Cannabis Industry experience is preferred. College grads encouraged to apply!

40k base + commissions based on appointments booked and revenue derived

We are proven entrepreneurs that have deep experience in the cannabis industry and have great product traction in the market.

BLAZE is looking for an LA-based Customer Success Manager to help build, maintain, and grow relationships with our rapidly expanding client base. The ideal candidate will be organized, display exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership over processes throughout the client lifecycle, and interact with key players within the ever-evolving cannabis space.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive product on-boarding, usage, and success for assigned book of accounts
  • Educate customers on best practices specific to their business needs
  • Quickly resolve any technical issues by leveraging appropriate resources across the company
  • Contribute to the BLAZE knowledge base by authoring educational support articles
  • Ensure proper integration and operation of BLAZE with 3rd party platforms & applications
  • Advocate on behalf of your clients by working closely with internal teams to implement feedback & raise awareness of customer challenges, needs and concerns
  • Identify and qualify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

You should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success/account management, consulting, or project management
  • SAAS startup experience
  • The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, juggle multiple accounts, and manage a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well both independently and within a team

Bonus points for:

  • Cannabis industry experience (or even better, cannatech)
  • Experience in retail, high-volume bar/restaurant management, or liquor distribution
