Terms & Conditions

Referral Procedure:

You may refer an unlimited number of candidates as long as the referral is eligible under our specified requirements as a licensed cannabis operator.

Each referral is required to be submitted using the form shown above in order to be compensated. Additionally, you can also make an email introduction to a BLAZE representative with the referral operator copied.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. The cannabis operator is licensed in a state that BLAZE services.
  2. The referral candidate is not a current nor former customer of BLAZE.
  3. The referral candidate has not been contacted by nor previously referred to BLAZE.
  4. The referral candidate has been approved as a “Qualified lead” by BLAZE after the conclusion of the prospect’s first 90 days of service.
  5. The referral candidate enters into an agreement with BLAZE to provide services to the prospect within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the prospect being referred.
  6. The referral candidate remains a paying BLAZE customer for ninety (90) days with no interruption or cancellation of service.

Any referral candidate that meets the above eligibility requirement will qualify for the BLAZE referral program. If a candidate is referred more than once by different referring parties, the first referrer will receive credit for the referral. Referrals, where the candidate and referrer are one and the same individual or entity (person or company), are not valid.

Once a referral has been submitted, a BLAZE representative will contact the candidate within five (5) working days via phone or email as provided by the referrer.

Compensation Procedure

BLAZE will pay a referral compensation of $550 for each referred candidate who becomes a credited referral. Compensation will be paid for each confirmed credited referral. A referring party can be credited with an unlimited number of referrals provided they satisfy all the eligibility requirements.

Compensation is awarded for each new business/brand that signs with BLAZE, not per location for multi-store operations.

Current and former BLAZE employees are not eligible to enroll in our referral program.

BLAZE reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the program or terminate the program at its sole discretion.
